- Business Reality™ 101- a one-day business simulation that allows participants to work in teams to run a simulated manufacturing or services location. Participants learn how cash flows through the business and the importance of effectively managing R&D, quality, flexibility, efficiency, supplier relations, and sales and marketing. Time is spent at the end of the day to debrief the learning and help participants create a plan for applying what they learned to their own organization to make it more efficient and effective. This can also be delivered virtually.
- Business Reality™ - a two-day business simulation where participants form executive teams to competitively operate a simulated manufacturing or services organization. Participants develop and implement an organization strategy then implement the strategy competing against other teams. Teams learn the costs and rewards of effectively managing strategy, R&D, quality, flexibility, efficiency, supplier relations, and sales and marketing. Time is spent at the end of day two to debrief the learning and help participants create a plan for applying what they learned to their own organization to make it more efficient and effective.
