The Contextual Leadership® Development Report provides a detailed, comprehensive description of the leader’s results and, based on those results, draws implications about how the leader might act or behave. This report helps the leader recognize his or her strengths and “blind spots” and suggests ways to capitalize upon his or her strengths and minimize his or her weaknesses.

This assessment is web-based and can be completed on any internet-connected desktop or laptop computer.

It is critical that your organization hires and places individuals who are the most likely to succeed in its leadership positions. The Contextual Leadership® Selection Assessment provides information that will support such selection decisions.

Our Contextual Leadership® Selection Report is designed to support the decision maker’s interviewing and selection process by helping him or her more fully interpret and evaluate the interviewer’s impressions, the candidate’s references, work experience, job competence, work habits, personal background, etc. The Report includes an interview guide of behaviorally anchored questions tailored to help the decision maker evaluate the candidate’s leadership competencies.

Contextual Leadership® 360º Assessment
Our Contextual Leadership® 360º Assessment collects feedback from the leader’s boss, peers, direct reports and others at work and provides in-depth feedback on behavior relating to leadership competencies. The resulting Report provides detailed feedback on competency rankings, behavior ratings, areas of strength and weakness, and developmental suggestions including resources and activities tailored to the leader’s development needs.
