Behaviors are hard to change. After all, leaders get where they are because of their previous actions. Sometimes, actions that contributed to past success do not ensure future success—in particular if the organizational context has changed.

The Contextual Leadership® Model is designed to help leaders achieve success in a variety of organizational contexts. Our coaching services help a leader determine his or her current context and identify leadership actions and behaviors that will lead to success in that context. We then assess the leader to determine his or her current or likely performance against those leadership actions and behaviors and work with the leader to create and implement plans to:

  • Improve his or her leadership and
  • Use leadership to improve the organization.
